We ship OxyDental Pro quickly, securely, and with tracking on every order. Here's what to expect.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours of receipt. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout and a shipping notification with tracking details once your package leaves our warehouse.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping fees vary based on destination and package size. Exact costs are calculated at checkout. Please note:

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country
• Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package at any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact customer support immediately at contact@oxydental-product.com.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. For packages that appear lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate them or arrange a replacement.

Digital Bonuses

The three free bonuses included with the 6-bottle package are digital downloads. Access instructions are emailed within minutes of order confirmation — no shipping required.
