If you are not completely satisfied with your OxyDental Pro purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of receiving your order. No questions asked, no complicated process.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

1. Contact our customer support team at contact@oxydental-product.com within 60 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, the name used at checkout, and reason for the refund request.
3. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
4. Ship the product(s) back to the address our team provides (even empty bottles may be accepted).

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned items and confirm eligibility, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account.

What's Covered

• The full purchase price of the product
• Refunds apply to both opened and unopened bottles
• Applies to all package sizes (2, 3, or 6 bottle orders)

What's Not Covered

• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (where applicable)
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refund requests submitted after the 60-day window
• Digital bonus materials (once accessed, cannot be revoked)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard refund policy applies.
